Hi all, would like some guidance with these tomatoes. I finished ripening these on the cut vine hanging in the basement. I live at 6,000 feet so it's low humidity. Are the dried ones ok to eat? If so, suggestions with what to do with them?

All those on the counter would go in the trash at my house. This is of course why I grow like 5x the plants that I actually need. 🙂
