New poster here. I'm the spice nerd for my family and friend group. The only guy I know that can keep up with me is a SriLankan dude I met at work.
Anyway… I went to a hot sauce shop in Ottawa called chilly chillies. Asked for the hottest sauce they had. They have me this…
"Doomed"
2.78 million Scovilles after manufacturing.
They made me sign a waiver before I could buy it.
It's my style… Not sweet. Vinegary with hints of garlic thyme, and onion. Then a slow burn jackhammer of heat at the back of your throat.

I also have this sauce. The extract ruins the flavor for me but a few drops into a soup or sauce and the extract flavor can be camouflaged.
Looks absolutely volcanic.
From your description, OP, it appears the extract ingredient(s) didn’t completely override the other ingredients. That makes it a worthwhile hot sauce, imo. Thanks for sharing. Might eventually look into this one.
Your what now?
He’s only twenty min from me!
“Pepper extract”? IE capsicum concentrate😖☹️
Oh man my stomach hurts just looking at it!
This sauce caused my appendix to burst. (It felt like it anyway)
Been working on a bottle of this since January 2020. A little past the top of the label now.
>Originally made for the hellboy movie
Were they going to have the actors eat it for some reason? Maybe the meant the bottle/label was made as a product placement in the movie?
Spiciest
This is the only sauce I’ve had that has made me feel like I was going to vomit. I was incredibly nauseous and sweaty and my throat got that sticky saliva feeling like it was bracing itself, but I didn’t end up throwing up. Awful tasting and by far the hottest sauce I’ve ever had, was worse than Da Bomb for me.
The double doomed is where it’s at! Also Halloween hell
I’ve told this story before, but I grabbed this out of the fridge thinking it was my favorite Habanero sauce. I absolutely drenched a piece of leftover steak in it. It was fully covered.
The next thirty minutes my wife was panicking thinking I was having a heart attack. My chest was convulsing, I couldn’t even get anything in my mouth to help cool it down.
The day before I put a couple drops on something and ate it. It was super hot but bearable. I’ve never seen such a drastic increase in heat. The 20ish drops I put on it were the worst experience of my life when it comes to hot sauce.
I got a bottle in the fridge. You have to use it carefully and wash your hands after handing it
