    Should put a tea towel or a couple of sheets of kitchen roll under that chopping board to stop it moving around. Amazing how many injuries come from cutting things on a slippery board.

    Looks wonderful! Congrats!

    This is a personal preference but I really like a thick crunchy crust so I would have baked it longer until it was deeply brown and maybe just a tiiiiiny bit singed.
