I picked up a churro cruller and a ube glazed cruller. They were both super soft and spongy, while the ridges still had some crisp. I really enjoyed how they had so many ridges as it gave it additional texture. I preferred the ube, which wasn’t as sweet as the churro.
I side was slightly moist and had a slight eggy flavor you expect from crullers. I got these from Convi market in midcity, but they drop off around LA on the weekends.
