Nitrogen most likely. It’s not severe, but worth a shot at giving it a little fert.
If there’s yellowing of leaves but the veins remain dark green, that would probably be a magnesium deficiency.

Looks like it has edema. Leaf can be yellow from that as well

so this could mean a lot of things when it comes to peppers, especially with how minor it looks to me. The most common is water related and nothing to do with nutrients. Based on the look of the soil id guess over watering, but can’t quite tell with the focus.
