Our easy mushroom pasta recipe is inspired by an Italian dish with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

The pasta is chewy and al dente. The sauce is naturally creamy, earthy, garlicky, and sweet from the cherry tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS
9 ounces (200 grams) pasta tagliatelle, spaghetti, linguine, etc.
1 tablespoon (15 grams) olive oil
16 ounces (500 grams) mushrooms a mix of white, brown, portobello, or other. Sliced or cut into chunks.
2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
16 (150 grams) cherry tomatoes halved
3 tablespoons (30 grams) butter
1 handful (20 grams) parsley chopped
½ teaspoon salt or more to taste
2 twists black pepper

  3. NEVER use olive oil on high heat!!! You damage the oil. Not only does the heat eliminate the health benefits, it converts a healthy oil into a bad, UNHEALTHY oil!
