A big pot of Laksa to keep my family warm this week :)

Followed this recipe almost exactly and it’s divine.

Only changes I made was to add some other toppings like quail eggs and that I used a Birds Eye chili hot sauce I had made previously instead of fresh chilis.

Do not skip the side chili sauce, but honestly do skip the enoki mushrooms I put in. Not the right texture for this dish.
