I don't know if this recipe exists out there or not, I just decided to make it this way. Lmk what yall think whenever you have the chance to try it, curious to know. This recipe was inspired by Hamburger Helper
Mushroom burger – Grilled with Vegan Margarine, seasoned with garlic. Diced and put in sauce
Mushroom, clean them, dry them with paper towel. Grill them with nothing, evaporte liquid inside. Press while simmering to release any water. Glaze with Red Wine. wait for them to absorve. Once done, put olive oil and onions. Flip onions, let it heat up until caramelized. Put some soy sauce once you're close to caramelization. Mix with sauce.
Prepare the pasta as you usually would. Once it's done add Vegan Margarine all around pasta.
Brocoli : Blend with yogurt until liquified.
Sauce : Nutmeg Powder, paprika, salt, flour, vegan margarine, onion & garlic powder, garlic. Make a Roux with that by whisking dry ingredients with Margarine for 2-3 minutes. Pour a little yogurt, let the Roux absorve it. Then put again. After absorbing. Put your liquid brocoli in with soy sauce.
After sauce is brownish, add the other ingredients in and mix. Add vegan cheddar in.
Let it heat for 10-15 minutes.
After you're done.
Let it sit for 7-10 minutes and creamy.
