  1. Could try mixing pineapple juice in the bbq sauce and cutting the pineapple so you can stuff the ribs slightly inside it. It'll probably still cook fine.

  2. Yall never had el pastor with pineapple lol this is the same thing. They slice the pastor off the trompo and slice off the pineapple off the top.

  4. I’m pretty sure the pineapple would make it extra tender because the enzyme in the pineapple would kinda break down the meat

  5. I think adding something green is overrated
    Content creators use it on everything
    But it definitely doesn’t go on this you should have left the green out
    It looks less appealing
