No idea what the inside looks like, as it is cooling. Looks a little light in some spots but I’m proud of it 🥹

    Looks nice! Can’t wait to see what it looks like from the inside. You don’t need to wait 12 hours to cut it btw. 1 to 2 hours should be more than enough. No one will judge you if you can’t resist.

    My starter was made initially with whole wheat flour, then fed and maintained with AP flour. I followed the recipe and directions exactly form the link below
