Middle eastern warm spiced beef + creamy hummus = match made in heaven . 🤝🇱🇧

Ingredients:
▪️Hummus (homemade or store-bought)
▪️Steak, cut into small chunks (Ribeye or New York Strip)
▪️Pine Nuts, toasted
▪️Avocado Oil
▪️Extra Virgin Olive Oil
▪️Salt
▪️Black Pepper
▪️All Spice
▪️Ceylon Cinnamon
▪️Paprika
▪️Fresh Parsley

1. Cut steak into chunks or small pieces.

2. Heat up Avocado oil in a cast iron. Add steak chunks to the hot pan. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.

3. While the steak is cooking add the seasonings – salt, black pepper, all spice, & ceylon cinnamon. Mix to combine. Cook for a few minutes, just until all sides are browned, and then remove pan from heat and set aside.

4. In another skillet add olive oil and pine nuts. Cook until golden brown. Set aside.

4. Plate your hummus. Top with the cooked steak pieces, a sprinkle of paprika, some toasted pine nuts, & a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy with pita bread. 💚
