Protein : 15g
Ingredients –
1 cup corn
1 cup zucchini
1 tsp chilli garlic oil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Dressing –
100g low fat paneer
1 cup soaked Makhana
2/3 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 green chilli
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup water (add more if required)
Lettuce
Bread Croutons
Method :
For Dressing –
• soaked Makhana in some water for 30mins
• add all the ingredients in a blender and blend untill u get smooth running texture
• add 1/4 cup water or more if required
For Grilled corns and zucchini-
• heat 1 tsp chilli garlic oil
• add corns and zucchini
• season with salt pepper and oregano, chilli flakes
• cook on medium flame until golden brown and grilled
For Salad –
• add chopped lettuce along with grilled corn and zucchini in a big bowl
• add in the prepared dressing and toss well
• top with air fried bread croutons
