  1. 1st recipe is called shrimp scampi not scallop. Unless you use scallops with shrimp they are two different types of shellfish. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

  2. Dish from 70's from mom's kitchen, stew meat, canned sauerkraut, canned tomatoes, black cracked pepper. Just did this with pork stew meat, the kraut from experience was weak so I added a little pickle juice for tartness. The kraut & tomatoes help make the meat more tender, both balance a little of sweet & sour.

  3. Both Thanksgiving & Christmas parades to look forward too. Been awhile but Everman, Texas has parades I can enjoy from my backyard. They march up & down Everman Parkway behind my house.

  4. Bought Steak Shack $50.00 gift card for $37.50, 25% off, great burger. Bought at Sam's Club, they have a few 25% off cards & Southwest Airlines $500.00 card for $430.00.

  5. November is Pecan month, other areas might have other nuts, free to pick up & use at city parks, abandon lots, to use or sell to Farmer's Markets stores. They also shell at one of my local places for sixty cents a pound.

  6. Social Security sign ups going on till December 7th, I have till end of the year, my insurance is dropping out of Medicare, research your options, I asked my social worker, three friends & asked at Senior Citizen Health Fair, going to Weatherford, Texas to my 80's girlfriend's agent to talk & maybe sign up. I hope to keep what I have now, maybe get more benefits.

  7. Ever made Tamale Pie? Tamale pie is a classic casserole made with juicy ground beef, cheese, salsa, and corn. It is baked under a soft layer of cornbread and served with a dollop of sour cream. It is a delicious and hearty meal ready in under 30 minutes without any fuss!
