Unrelated but damn I can’t believe I’m finding a Hong Konger on this sub. I also live in HK and I’m trying my best to cut, do you have any advice about cutting (or bulking)?
For breakfast I only eat two small egg sandwiches and for lunch I eat a chicken breast and little bit of sushi, in total it’s 800, and for dinner I eat normally so it can range from 700-1000. Currently I’m losing about 1kg a week with workout. Please share any experiences, healthy food is hard to find here especially I cant cook
