[Was able to fit two 12 lb turkeys](https://imgur.com/a/QfpS0pf) on my gravity 1050. Brined for 24 hrs and then left uncovered for 12 hours in fridge. Smoked with hickory/post oak at 275F, first turkey temped out at 2 and half hours, other took all of 3 hours.
