The sandwich is white bread, lettuce, tomato, and turkey

There was also Swiss cheese but I took it out

I would guess probably 75-80 cals per slice of bread and up to 90 cals for the turkey, maybe 10 cals for the lettuce and tomato, so prob something like 260 for the whole thing, assuming there’s no mayo or anything.
400 def sounds high for that.
If the bread slices are a bit thicker maybe add a lil bit per slice and round to 300. Doubt it’s more than that tho.

400 is definitely reasonable. Might be a little less because you took the cheese out.

Bread is 100 cal each most likely. Turkeys slice I see maybe 25-35 cals. With veggies I’d say 250 is more accurate. The veggies are basically nothing in Cals.

I had a ham and cheese croissant the other day that was labeled as 350 calories. One piece of ham and one piece of cheese. I’d say the croissant being buttery has more calories than your bread picture. Can’t tell if your sandwich was larger than mine but I’d say comparable to 350 maybe less

    Mustard basically has no calories

Thanks everyone! The bread was quite thick and large, could you guys also fill me in about its protein contents?

Thank you so much for all these replies honestly, I might swap out the bread for wheat bread for more fiber

Bread is normally 110-150 for 2 slices very little turkey here one serving is normally between 60-80 cal, there is less than that here then like 30grams veggies for 10 cal low end 170- high end 230, my homemade sandwiches are always abt 250 and that’s with mayo on it

    Maybe 500-550 calories ish
