That price is ridiculous for *maybe* 2lbs of meat; however, it all looks good.

This would be a neat take-away idea. Basically a small family meal in a tin.

Stack ’em deep and sell ’em cheap would be my business model

  2. How big is that container? Is that a half rack, 1/2 # brisket, 1 lb bologna, 1/2 # pulled pork?

Looks good, how’d it taste with that chimichurri sauce?

How tf do yall justify paying this shit 😂

  4. Would. $100 to feed 4, not horrible. It ain’t Arby’s.

I swear folks forget businesses aren’t ran off of your home groceries pricing. You go to a restaurant you pay overhead, labor, insurance, utilities etc.

Sure, you could buy a $30 brisket flat, whole butt for $17, a $8 chicken, bologna roll and sides and wind up in a similar price point at home if you do it all – by all means do you, but if you’re paying someone else to do it don’t wine it’s not as cheap as if John Doe did it for his buddies for a bonfire

    – signed bbq food truck owner who also competes with local pricing

This place has the best bbq in town. Hell the best I have had in Oklahoma. It’s very in line price wise with the rest of the bbq joints in town. Plus the food truck is right next to Tulsa’s oldest brewery. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. The sides all slap.

Looks legit for the price OP. Fuck the price is right crybabies on here that have never run a BBQ joint.

It looks hella good to me. For the folks complaining about the pricing. It’s over 3lbs of meat plus all the other stuff.

Can you get cheaper food elsewhere? Probably.

To me cue is going to be pricey. If it’s quality stuff I don’t mind. From the picture this looks great. I’d definitely try it.

I looked at your menu, the rest of your prices seem spot on to me. Maybe it’s hard to figure size of portions in this photo. What all am I looking at? $95 for four adults ain’t bad.

I’ll take an order of nachos with brisket by the way.
