Milk 牛奶 250ml
Eggs 雞蛋 2pcs ( 100-105g )
Garlic powder 蒜粉 1.5tsp
Onion powder 洋蔥粉 0.5tsp
AP flour 中筋麵粉 130g
Baking powder 泡打粉 4g ( 1tsp )
Salt 鹽 3g
Ground Black pepper 黑胡椒碎 a pinch
Green scallion 蔥花
Spicy Mayo 辣味蛋黃醬
Mayonnaise 蛋黃醬 40g
Ketchup 茄汁 20g
Tabasco sauce 辣椒仔汁 5g
