Low Carb Country Style Bonless Pork Ribs

4x 8oz Pork Ribs

3/4 cup (12oz) Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (G Hughes)

Salt

Pepper

Preheat oven to 350

Coat ribs with salt and pepper on both sides

Place on greased baking tray (with at least 1″ rim) and cook for 2 hours

Remove ribs and place on a plate or cutting board, and reduce oven to 275

Drain liquid from tray and wipe the edges

Generously coat ribs with BBQ sauce (using a bit less on whichever side will be facing downward)

*Optional: Use a little less sauce while cooking and add a fresh coat after cooking. Up to how you prefer your ribs*

Return ribs to tray and cook for 1 hour

Serve immediately after cooking
