Tried making California rolls and I’m beyond frusturated. I followed a tutorial, went to the store to get everything, got the right rice, weighed it, checked the temperature and did everything right. My roll fell apart and turned to garbage about three seconds after putting it on a plate. I didn’t even get to try and cut it. Any idea why it would be ruined so fast? I’m just sad and hungry now with no food

I have autism so there’s no way I can just eat the sushi pieces seperate (avocado, cucumber, seaweed paper, imitation crab and rice) so now I’m sad I’m wasting food. They must be in a roll for me to eat it. Any idea on how I can maybe save the ingredients? 🙁
