Sous Vide in a 5 gallon bucket – will it work?

For Thanksgiving I plan on doing 2 spiral cut half hams at the same time. The largest vessel to fit both hams is a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket.

[The bottom of the Anova hits the center of the bucket](https://i.imgur.com/bXCOgHk.jpg) and I’ll be filling the water to the Max fill line.

Think this will work out alright since the circulation will be in the center of the vessel? Will it make any difference of how I orientate the 2 half hams stacked on top of eachother?
