Adding tangzhong to this recipe?

So I am using this [recipe](https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/italian-sub-rolls-recipe)from king arthur And I was wondering if I can add in tangzhong to it after creating the starter? But since I’m using all purpose flour, Should I replace the bread flour with all purpose that the tangzhong recipe calls for??
