Miso glazed salmon on sushi rice with avocado, furikake, and a knock-off sriracha I discovered that I actually like even better than the real deal! The salmon came out with the texture of a good steak, a first for me!!

    Plating might not be my best (I had a beer or three and was gettin on a good one lol) but the taste was out of this world.

    Looks amazing, OP. If the Sriracha you are talking about isn’t the original Thai version, you should absolutely check it out.

    Just curious what the knock off sriracha is? Asking cuz right now there’s a shortage of Huy Fong Sriracha and when it is in stock, my local asian stores are selling it for $8-9. Looking for alternatives.
