    Simply shred **leftover turkey/ Costco Rotisserie Chicken** and make delicious and easy Chicken Pho in 30 mins later 🤤 Aromatic and flavorful broth!

    [**Tutorial Video with step-by-step & tips**](https://youtu.be/nhBWHTHo448)

    **Ingredients:**

    * Rotisserie Chicken/Turkey: Use bones & leftover chicken/ leftover turkey from Thanksgiving
    * 2 Onions & 1 Ginger
    * Seasonings: Salt, Black Peppercorn, Sugar, Fish Sauce (Adjust to your liking)
    * Pho Spices Package (Check my description box), basil, bean sprouts, Sriracha, and Hoisin sauce

    **Instruction: If anyone needs the full recipe with step-by-step instruction, I pinned the video to my profile. Please check it out!**

    1. Break down Rotisserie Chicken/turkey: use bones and leftover chicken/ turkey for broth
    2. Air fry onion, ginger, pho spice: 380F (190C) for 6-8 mins or until fragrant.
    3. I use Instant Pot for quick and convenient. You can use stovetop method
    4. Put bones & leftover chicken, onions and ginger into the pot. Add 1 Tbsp whole pepper, 1.5 Tbsp Salt, 1.5 Tbsp Sugar.
    5. Pressure Cook – High – 15 mins > Natural release 5-10 mins. Simmer the broth: Add Pho spice ball into the broth => Saute – Low for 10-15 mins. Season to your liking (I added 2 Tbsp fish sauce, 2 Tbsp sugar – to taste)
    6. Prepare noodles, scallion, onion, bean sprout and basil to enjoy!

    Once you know this Instant Pot recipe, you’ll do it again and again. You can also make a Turkey Pho version for Thanksgiving from leftover. **If you prefer the authentic Pho, check out my** [**beef Pho recipe**](https://youtu.be/Jm87qWuArTU) **:)**
