This looks amazing but it doesn’t taste amazing. I was disappointed. I think regular sized steaks taste better. This didn’t have enough seasoning. Could have added more smoke.
Maybe someone out there can make this taste better. I wasn’t able to do it. I should point out that my prime rib is also a bit bland in the center.
Hard to get a roast to be tasty. That’s my 2 cents.
