Is this a decent medium rare steak for a first timer?

Tried to cook steak for the first time in my life. Did the cold sear method from youtube and only put pepper on the meat before cooking and salt while its resting. Was tasty af. Aimed for medium rare but turned out to be more on the rare side, so I will cook my next one for 2 minutes longer
