    The Jongga kimchi isn’t too spicy, so I’ve been using it in kimchi jjigae as my wife doesn’t like it too spicy. The Beef Japchae has to be cooked all at once because although you get two bags each of noodles and dried veggies, you only get a single bag each of the beef and sauce. Kind of a hassle to portion out half, then put the remainder in another container in the fridge so it doesn’t spill.
