NY style pastrami on rye.

    There are no good pastrami sandwiches around me (I’ve thought of opening a food truck), so I made my own. Bought some thick sliced pastrami from the deli counter, heated it up, melted some Swiss and put it on rye with some spicy mustard.

    I asked the lady at the counter to slice it nice and thick, so as she was setting up she asked how thick is thick? I told her what I was making and she cranked the dial and nailed it! She knows!
