Super easy to whip up a batch and have on hand for burgers, pizza and everything Mexican. Sugar free cowboy candy in 10 minutes.Makes just under a litter including liquid.Here is a video version if you are interested: [https://youtu.be/xEwYqQn7s0s](https://youtu.be/xEwYqQn7s0s)**Ingredients:**1 pound fresh jalapenos2 cloves garlic, peeled¾ cup apple cider vinegar2 cups allulose½ tsp. Kosher salt1 liter mason jar/lid, sterilized**Directions:**Stem and seed jalapenos.Cut the jalapenos into ¼” rings.Add cider vinegar, allulose and salt to a saucepan.Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Stir in jalapenos and garlic.Simmer for 5 minutes to semi cook and thicken.Pack the jalapenos into sterilized jarsBring the syrup mixture to a boil.Ladle the hot mixture over the jalapenos.Fill to about a ½” from the top.Wipe the rim and seal with the lid.Store in the fridge when cool.**Notes:**To remove the seeds, I cut off the stem end and stir the seeds out with a thin metal skewer and tap the open end to help them fall out.Erythritol is a good substitute for allulose.Write A CommentYou must be logged in to post a comment.

Stir in jalapenos and garlic.

Pack the jalapenos into sterilized jars
Bring the syrup mixture to a boil.
