I have found, to really make the candy chewy and stretchy, you need to mix allulose with a soluble fiber.

But the Syrup’s being suggested in the recipe both seem to spike glucose levels.
Some research indicates soluble corn fiber does not spike.. I’m having a hell of a time finding this ingredient, **any suggestions on where I can buy it ( powder or syrup) ?**
Perhaps any other suggestions in replacement of soluble corn fiber?
