Crockpot Buff Chick Dip

    It’s Super Bowl Sunday and that means it’s time for hot wing dip!

    **Ingredients**

    1 rotisserie chicken (or 2-20oz cans chicken), 2-8oz bricks cream cheese, 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 cup ranch dressing, 1-12oz bottle hot sauce. Optional bleu cheese crumbles or scallions for garnish

    **Directions**

    1. In a large bowl, shred the rotisserie chicken to yield about 4 cups. Make sure to avoid any small bones.
    2. Cube cream cheese and lay in bottom of crockpot.
    3. Add chicken, cheese, sauce and ranch- make sure to pack between the cubes and then cover. Top with additional cheese and hot sauce. Stir gently
    4. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Serve with chips, garnish with bleu cheese if desired.
