    This is amazing, especially in combination with your other picture. The texture looks just perfect, the filling like creamy pistachio caramel, the dough fluffy and buttery. I haven’t had it, but it looks like it could be my new favorite sweet pastry. Is there even some lye on the outside, with a slightly salty taste to it?
