My personal opinion of the best keto pizza is an italian sausage crust meatzza. When I want pizza, I’m usually feeling too lazy to make a fathead dough.
Press a pound of italian sausage into a skillet or dish and cook for 15 minutes (or until meat is cooked)
Top with alfredo or no sugar marinara, mozerella, pepperoni, banana peppers, olives, etc
Put under broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Easier eaten with a fork. Better and cheaper than the “crustless” options from Papa Murphy’s (which is pretty good)
