I just made the new Momosan Tonkotsu ramen by Sun Noodle/Morimoto. Wow, it was great! One of, if not my favorite one from them. The tonkotsu broth was nice and creamy with a great flavor, but not overpowering. The noodles had a cook time of 2 minutes, which is slightly longer than other Sun Noodle products which leads me to believe they are slightly thicker (which I prefer). I didn’t have any chashu left to serve it with, so this time it was just some soft boiled eggs, green onion and togarashi and it was still delicious!

Really want to get it. I hope Whole Foods stocks it cause that’s where I get my Sun Noodles from.
