Your crust looks SO good! I’m not a fan of sausage, but I would still smash that whole thing. This made me miss slinging pies.
So glad to see a reddit pizza that doesn’t have a grey crust. “10-day fermented double proofed..” blah blah blah. It’s grey. It looks gross. I can taste that cardboard quality.
