Gosari namul – 500g rehydrated gosari (fernbrake) – 1 tbsp minced garlic – half a stalk of green onion – 2 tbsp soy sauce – 2 tbsp sesame oil – pinch of salt
1. Boil the rehydrated gosari in lightly salted water for 15 to 20 minutes 2. Combine the garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt 3. Drain the boiled gosari and rinse 4. Take a pair of scissors and go through the gosari removing any hard woody bits 5. In a large bowl, combine gosari and sauce 6. Heat some oil in a large frying pan on medium high 7. Stir fry the seasoned gosari for 20 seconds 8. Add one third cup of water to the pan and fry until the water is all gone. 9. Add sesame seeds for garnish and serve hot or cold with rice 10. Enjoy!
