    I hope you try my recipe😁

    **INGREDIENTS:**

    * 1 cup of Flour

    * 2 tbsp of Granulated Sugar

    * 1 tsp of Instant yeast

    * 1/2 tsp of Salt

    * 1/4 tsp of Nut mug powder

    * Condensed milk

    * Water

    **DIRECTIONS**

    1. Mix the dry ingredients: Add yeast, nutmeg, sugar, and salt to the flour.

    2. Add enough condensed milk to soak up the flour.

    3. Add water little by little while beating the dough until it’s consistent.

    4. Cover the dough and leave it for 1-2 hours to double.

    5. While heating any vegetable oil of your liking in a frying pan, get the gas out of the dough. Beat it by the side of your bowl. Then, throw it into the air. When about to leave it in the oil to fry, leave it at the other side of your hand. This would help you get perfectly shaped bofrot.

    6. Fry bofrot until golden brown. Fry it on low to medium temperature. Else, the outer part of the bofrot would be burnt while the inner part would be uncooked.

    7. To know if your bofrot is cooked, divide it into two. If it’s cooked through, there would be no runny dough in the bofrot.

    It’s just like doughnut. You can eat it alone or with coffee, or any beverage or drink of your choice, or Ghana koko, or Ghana Sobolo, etc.
