Trying out some Costco pre-packaged Irish Stew. Packaging says I can heat it up in the bag with boiling water. I’m assuming I can do this with the ANOVA as well. Any recommendations on a good temp, 170?

Yes, 165° or higher bc it’s prepared food. Good idea.

Just FYI, the sous vide refers to how they cooked it. I believe the instructions say you can boil it in the bag, or microwave it.
