    Sacred sea Oregon line caught young albacore, olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dion, pickled mustard seed, mayo, parsley, celery, s&p. Melted jarlsberg and provolone, (lemon, dill, caper mayo), pickles on toasted sourdough.

    Nicely done, Chef. Really like how you cut the lettuce, layered the tuna, and added what appears to be a caper-laced tartar like sauce. This looks delicious.
