    Whoa nice job! Nothing like a pan pizza with tons of pepperoni getting crispy on it’s own greasy grease!

    I helped a friend open up a pizza place on the North side of Chicago a few years back and I’ve finally perfected it at home in a conventional oven only cooking at 475. Only thing it needs now is a little more oil in the pan.
