I actually don’t know what I did differently this time, but I’ve done it all in the past. Burnt one, mishapped another, flipped another, stuck one, another got a hole, too much cheese, not enough sauce, undercooked underneath…
Anyway, this was delicious.

I manage a Napoletana pizza place and I’d hire you. Beautiful pie. What kind of flour are you using?
Was this a 12″ Ooni? They are on sale right now and I’m thinking of finally getting one. I tend to prefer the individual pies but certainly foresee myself messing up a lot while learning to maneuver them in a small oven.
