This is my fourth ever fine dining experience and second ever Michelin star experience (the other being Myomi in Seoul). Heard the chef grows his own herbs in a greenhouse in the vicinity of the restaurant, which obviously shines through each dish.
Loved the food and ambiance. Was disappointed that the linen napkin had a bunch of food stains. Anyhow, I’m excited to continue my fine dining journey!
