do I need to re pot my sunflower already? I started the seed approx 3 weeks ago! Should I just move it outdoors? Zone 6b here

I would definitely repot it. As for moving it outdoors I would look up frost resilience of sunflowers and their light requirements before you move it outside.
If you are past your past frost date and have a spot where it can get plenty of sun I imagine it would be fine to go out!
