Credit to Ryan aka Way of Ramen for this specific recipe, but yeah really really good. Thank you to him and all of you on this subreddit who helped me out with some here and there’s. This is the first tonkotsu I’ve ever made and I’m glad it was the most authentic version of an iconic and nostalgic dish that is Naruto’s Ichiraku Ramen and I’m so proud of how it came out and tasted. 10/10 and not just bc I made it myself.

Couple of minor notes: Couldn’t find narutomaki at my local store that’s uzumaki. That’s about a cup (240mL) of soup to 5oz (142g) of noodles so all the toppings in this specific bowl look kind of crowded to me. It’s what I have tho. And I feel like I could’ve gone more with the green onions, but like I said crowded.
