    Ingredients:

    5 tbsp sugar

    6 tbsp chili flakes – coarse

    9 tbsp fish sauce

    6 tbsp sesame oil

    sesame seeds

    4 tbsp minced garlic

    Marinate the crabs overnight in the fridge and enjoy over rice

    I’ve always heard that raw crab gets poisonous really fast. How does this recipe/ technique account for that? Anyone know?

    I have had this twice in Seoul, both times it was fantastic. Great texture, amazing flavor, and really nice when on a warm humid day. Unfortunately it’s a bit pricey at restaurants.
