I have had this twice in Seoul, both times it was fantastic. Great texture, amazing flavor, and really nice when on a warm humid day. Unfortunately it’s a bit pricey at restaurants.

I’ll just boil mine and THEN put this mixture on it thanks. That texture has got to be rancid

5 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp chili flakes – coarse
9 tbsp fish sauce
6 tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds
4 tbsp minced garlic
