Hey! I actually live in northwest Arkansas, home of Onyx. They sell their beans in Walmart and almost every coffee shop here, not to mention there are a few onyx locations pretty close to me. I can check some stores around here and would be happy to mail some if I find it, if you would like 🙂

Ethiopian beans all taste different. Good batches can never consistently be gotten. As a roaster one can try to get beans from same farms multiple years in a row, but releases will still be random and sporadic.

Sey, Luminous, Brandywine, Heart all roast Ethiopians and do it as light or lighter than Onyx
