Coffee is really good, almost no bitterness at all. Surprisingly easier to clean than expected and pretty straightforward to use.

What filter do you use, cloth or paper? And how often do you wash or replace it? I’ve never brewed syphon myself, but I want to in the near future, and I’m concerned about the upkeep.
