Started drinking coffee in italy in the fall, am tripping thru belgium right now and I got this cool dutch grinder

I rarely drank coffee prior to a few months ago. Decided while taking an extended stay in Italy that it’d be stupid not to give it a chance. Since then Ive been easing more into it.
While in Ghent i popped into an excellent antique store (Burkelbloem) and snagged this made in holland hand grinder along with a lovely set of nesting pastel cups. Im thinking itd be fun to have a mini, easy setup at home to try making coffe for the first time.
I share a house and tend not to eat breakfast/dont spend time in the kitchen in the AM, so id like to maybe set myself up around my electric kettle in my bedroom. What sort of pour over options do i have that don’t involve a stovetop?
