Placed a handful of fresh, lobster stuffed pappardelle into salted boiling water for 3/4 minutes.
Fried plenty of crushed garlic in olive oil then added some passata, chopped fresh tomatoes, a squeeze of lemon, basil, salt and pepper. Placed the pappardelle into the sauce with a little pasta water, simmered and reduced for 2 minutes. Served immediately with black pepper, more basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Lobster pappardelle? Lobster stock or actual pieces in the pasta?
