Bubble for me too please. Hash browns are the grey squirrels of the breakfast world, an American import, wiping out our native bubble and squeak.

I’m not going to lie, I do like a hash brown. However, I wouldn’t consider them to be part of a standard full breakfast. I’ve never been offered bubble and squeek anywhere ever as part of a breakfast – maybe I’m going to the wrong places.
